I, Vince Chen, make the following statement regarding my work at FCF Advisors (2017–2024) and Abacus FCF Advisors (2024–2026):
I was the person who designed, built, and operated the quantitative investment platform that became the firm's core investment capability. I originated the research framework, designed the portfolio construction methodology, built the investment technology infrastructure, and operated the end-to-end investment process day to day.
I was the day-to-day portfolio manager for all five ETFs — ABFL, ABLD, ABOT, ABLS, and ABXB — from my appointment through my departure.
I authored the investment strategy sections of all SEC filings (N-1A, N-CSR, prospectuses) for these funds and designed the index methodologies.
After the Abacus acquisition, I continued as portfolio manager, led the technical platform integration, trained incoming team members, and maintained uninterrupted investment operations throughout the transition.
The platform I built and operated received the PSN Top Guns Manager of the Decade award (Q4 2025).
